Manage manual and documentation development and assist Marketing with technical training material for new product launches.· Work with laboratory and drafting managers, communicating project team needs and activitiesunderway to enable efficient balance of work within departments; i.e. assignments/requests forovertime, notification of available time of team member(s) or needs for additional resources.· Participate in annual reviews with department managers when a team members’ performance is being evaluated.· Schedule activities within team resources relative to the design and development of a product or project assigned by Director of Product Engineering and/or Vice President of Product Engineering. Update schedule as required with Program Manager and resolve conflicts as necessary.· Assign and supervise specific tasks within project team in a manner that will allow for efficient· completion of project goals. Organize and track progress of specific tasks critical to project completion.· Report progress to Director of Engineering and/or Vice President of Product Engineering as requested, in addition to the compilation of a monthly progress report.· Organize and assign ECR work within project team as assigned by Director of Product Engineering.· Report status of active ECR’s. Take leadership role within team. Utilize management techniques within project team to encourage development of productive interactive environment.
